I just realized that it has been 18 days since I started my "new life". 18 days ago I decided I had enough of being lazy and eating nothing but junk. So, I started a food diary and got a personal trainer. It has been the best move I have made in my life. I feel so much better about myself and the way I feel. I found an awesome website that helps you count calories and determine how many calories you can burn in a day. I am excited to keep this style of living up and so the kind of results I can get. I have set a pretty hard goal for myself but I am determined to succeed!
